Festive Felting in P2/3

P2/3 have been exploring a new art technique - wet felting. Felting is combining wool, soap, water and friction to create a new material - FELT. We have been creating winter/Christmas pictures/scenes. The children loved the tactility of felt making, from fluffiness of the wool to the squishiness of the felt. Some lucky parents are going to receive a very special gift this Christmas.
